Raised black crusty mole

My husband had 3 small brown moles on his back about 15 years ago, however, they have all more than doubled in size and have become raised, black and crusty like.  He refuses to see a doctor as when his dad died of cancer he believes it was because the hospital cut the large lump on his neck  and it was them who killed him.

I am very concerned, they do not bleed or ooze or itch.

Thanks for that I have looked at the pictures, dont quick fit the moles he has.  Regarding the doctor he has been registered with my doctor for 30 years and has never seen him.  My husband will not go and see doctor, he is never ill.

These could be senile warts or sebhoraic keratosis. Check out some pictures on like. If they look like they are painted on and could be pulled off this is likely what they are.

Take care. Maybe phone his doctor and suggest next time he's in for something else they have a look at his back while they're listening to his heart/lungs.
