So panicked, whats going to happen?

Someone please help,

Ive recently become really worried about my moles, ive a good lot of them.

I found a 1mm little dark brown one (like a pin ***** but tear drop shaped) on my calf just behind my knee, slightly raised like a pore and a bit darker than other ones around my legs. I thought it might have an ingrown in it, so i squeezed it a little and then just tried to pull a bit with a tweezer and it came off, all but a tiny little portion the tear drop bit. Didn't bleed just a bit of water came out. Its now scabbed over and just looks like a tiny sore apart from the tiny little trace of mole, im just putting some sudo creme on it.
will it come back? What will i do if it doesn't???? If it was melanoma or the nodular or spreading type, would it come off so easy and not grow back?

Leave it alone until it heals up then I'd recommend keeping an eye on it. It didn't sound like it was anything to worry about. It is very small and wasn't changing or growing. If it does change or if you are worrying then see someone but they won't be able to tell you much until it's healed up. Unless you live in a place where they remove things "just in case"

Take care.

I thought I should add this - I don't know all the ways they test for cancer, so don't freak out about having cut them off. I'm pretty sure they could test the skin around it, if it is.

If you're worried about it, go to the doctor and they will cut them off and test them for cancer. Don't cut them off yourself if you're worried about cancer, 'cause then they can't cut them off and test them. You can't know if it's melanoma (moles don't look or 'act' any different), so just get them tested.
