I usually don't sleep good durring the first half of the night. I wake up frequently, toss and turn, wake up to eat, feel hungry, thirsty, and the other half I sleep very tight that is very hard for me to wake up. Durring the day I don't feel good, feel disconnected, tired, anxious and low mood. I had a sleep study; however, I couldn't fall asleep over there and i slept only 3.5 hours. Is that enough?? I am still waiting for the results. I know i don't have an apena beceuse sleep tech told me my breathing was ok. I have some anxiety issues but they should be in controll pretty much so I am wondering if my sleep depravation issues create anxiety or anxiety creates sleep depr. sometimes when I have few beers I sleep through the night and my next day I feel very good. However I drink only once a week because I know alohol is not the way. Is there a sleep disorder that is causing my sleep problem???????????Please help!!!!!!
