Hello and hope you are doing well.
Your symptoms could be due to sleep paralysis. Disorders related to dreaming could occur with REM sleep behavior disorders. Here the person acts out the dreams.
Your symptoms of seeing things could also be due to sleep disorders “Nightmare” or "Night terror" disorders . Here the person experiences symptoms of bad, frightening dreams which interfere with his sleep schedules.
Try good sleep hygiene measures, but if your symptoms still persist, I would advise you to discuss your symptoms with your primary care physician who may then refer you to a sleep specialist for further evaluation.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
it definitely sounds like sleep paralysis i've had this for years....don't worry there is help and you will start to control it but you have to know what to do....no, you do NOT need Doctors and no you do NOT need any meds...and no you are NOT crazy...there are many people who experience this just like you.
Please visit my youtube channgel: InsaniTeesintl or LeoniEwithanE - see my playlist either: 11:11awakening or Conspiracies its in one of those you will find vids called lucid dreams, and so much more on the dream state and how to control it.
email me there if you need any more help but listen when I tell you I WAS JUST LIKE YOU but now my sleep paralysis are becoming less & less and I'm constantly winning - you can do this...take control of your dreams...remember, we control the dream world and you will win!

I get this if I sleep in day I get a buzzing sensation over my eyes then I am trying towake up but can't move I try to shout help but my words don't come out it awful and very scarey
It sounds like a combination of sleep apnea and being aware of nighttime paralysis. It is actually normal for your brain to release a chemical that is sort of paralyzing to the muscles of your limbs, but you should still be able to breathe and ideally you are also asleep so you don't notice. Your brain is just trying to keep you from hurting yourself when you dream so you don't act out your dreams. But if you feel like you are suffocating, I am concerned your throat might not be open enough, so you might need to be checked for sleep apnea.
Your situations sounds awful, I feel for you. Can you get someone (significant other, friend, relative) to stay with you for awhile so that they can wake you when they see you are in distress? If not, maybe your physician can help you. Maybe there is (probably!) a medication that would make you sleep soundly so you wouldn't have those awful dreams. Also: do you get enough sleep? Whenever I am sleep deprived, when I do fall asleep, I fall right into that REM dreaming state and usually start talking--so weird, I'm sleeping yet I can hear myself talking..but only when I've had, like, 5 nights of 4-5 hours sleep. Keep me posted. Good luck and God bless.
It sounds like it could be sleep paralysis to me. I do that all the time. I thought it was "night terrors." I'm fully aware of everything around me, can hear and everything but can't scream out, can't move, nothing. I learned it was common with narcolepsy. You need to go see your primary care doctor and/or get a referral to a sleep specialist.
