I have so many of these symptoms but never put them all together. I sweat at night, get up 4 or 5 times to go to the bathroom, am exhausted all day long, and several more. I never mentioned them because I didn't think they were all connected ! I just would like to thank you so much for your advice !!
You are so kind and I wish you a lot of happiness and good health in your life !!
Best Regards,
Koropi
Forgot to add frequent nighttime urination to the list. :) Glad you're going to the doctor. Treating my sleep disorders has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I'm not exaggerating - it saved my life. Best wishes on wherever this path takes you, and hoping for headache free mornings.
Thanks !! It sure sounds like me ! I am going to the doctor !! Appreciate your suggestions !
Here's some symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea others have reported to varying degrees. But sometimes the sufferer is the last to know and is prompted to seek help by a sleep partner.
Snoring (in many but certainly not all)
Daytime sleepiness
Frequent waking at night
Waking with shortness of breath or fast pulse
Coughing or choking during sleep
Increasing blood pressure and/or blood sugar
Memory loss
Difficulty concentrating
Note: Central sleep apnea is another issue, but usually is in conjunction with other health issues or can be a medication side effect. At any rate, if this continues, ask your doctor. There's gotta be other reasons one would wake up with a headache.
I don't have any other symptoms at night. During the day I do have a lot of nasal drainage.
What other symptoms do you have besides morning headaches?
Thanks for the reply. I do have a lot of allergies but don't know if I have sleep apnea.
Do you have any symptoms suggestive of sleep apnea? Morning headaches are often mentioned by those with untreated sleep apnea.
