Not sure it's the Cymbalta. I was on it and didn't have any of those problems. But with High blood pressure that I also have I have had the problems you are stating, so that leads me to believe your blood pressure with meds is either to high or to low with your symtoms.I would monitor your blood pressure when your feeling like this to see where your number is..120/80 is the normal 140/90 is considered to high and you can get tingly feeling and dizzy. Can check at a store your blood pressure or bye a cheap blood pressure kit at wallmart. keep an eye on it and hope you feel better.

Hi, welcome to the forum, the possibilities of your symptoms can be dehydration, anemia, low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, motion sickness etc. Some time there may be a history of vertigo or some neurological problem. Blow to vestibular apparatus or vestibular neuritis which can be responsible disequilibrium or imbalance. Due to this you may be having episode of vertigo associated with dizziness. This vertigo gets worse especially when you move your head.

You may have to undergo routine blood tests, blood sugar, BP monitoring, brain MRI to rule out any pathology. See if your blood pressure is adequately controlled. Meantime drinking lot of water and fruit juice, relaxation, fresh air will help you. I suggest you to consult physician for further evaluation. Take care and regards.
