Songs in my head

For quite a few months now I have had bad nights due to songs going over and over again in my head. It can be different songs every night. I have tried counting sheep (literally) flat on my back in batches of 50 but before I know it that tune is back in my head. I can get up to use the toilet and on way back to my bed the song is back in my head. It is really worrying me and upsetting me as I am having very little sleep.  Does anyone experience this and if anyone has any answers of how to stop them please please let me know.

You may get some help listening to talk radio at a low volume when trying to sleep. That may be enough of a distraction to hold the music down.,

YES I get this aswell, repetitive music all the time unless I am doing something ...if I watch a show the next few days I hear the music from it all the time ....I am trying to research online find out what I can do about it .
