I'm 34, married, no kids, full time day job, nothing superduper about my life that would cause excess fatigue. However, ever since I was 19 I can lay down and take a nap any time of the day any day of the week and sleep hard. I never wake up rested if I sleep 6-8 hours or 10-12. I wake up many times during the night and the rare times I remember sleeping an actual 4-6 hours solid I felt great. I've been treated for anxiety/depression on and off since I was 19 but the same problems seem to happen if I'm medication or not. I can take meds to sleep better but then I drag the next day.
I feel like I'm wasting my life away and I don' t know what to do, my husband is mister hyper and go getter.
Help!
