night tremors
What is causing these night tremors?
I only seem to get them during the night. i get off to sleep, start dreaming then the tremors start.they start real gently then get quite vibrant,i am hot, but as soon as i start moving around, i have to get out of bed make a dash to the toilet, by which time i have cooled of and got back to normal. Eventually i get back to sleep and it starts all over again. I am wondering if the dreams give me some sort of a panic attack. This is every night it happens.
I do have a thyroid problem.I take the thyroxin,simvastatin,canterstartan tablets,i also have a probablem with acid reflux.
All i want is a decent nights sleep.

Was at doctors again yesterday, she reckons ii am still on to high a thyroxin dosage.
So have cut it down by another 25mg.
