Hello and hope you are doing well.
Blood tests will help detect diabetes and hypothyroidism. X-rays will help detect cervical spondylosis. If needed your doctor may ask for a CT scan or an MRI. This is usually treated conservatively (without surgery) with physiotherapy, traction and cervical collars. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Thank you I will try the blood test as you sugested
