Hello and hope you are doing well.

Blood tests will help detect diabetes and hypothyroidism. X-rays will help detect cervical spondylosis. If needed your doctor may ask for a CT scan or an MRI. This is usually treated conservatively (without surgery) with physiotherapy, traction and cervical collars. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The symptoms mentioned could be caused by cervical spondylosis. Some metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus and thyroid disorders are known to simulate these symptoms. Please consult your primary care physician who will carry out blood tests and x rays to rule out these conditions.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
