sleep apnea, fatigue

I have been hit with Severe daytime fatigue since last june. In Jan 2009 I had a perforated esophagus and prevertebral abcess from it. 12 weeks of antibiodic therapy and ok now. On a CT and MRI done in June for neck pain from c5-c7 fusion, they showed "Unusual lobular lesion in right thoracic region that may represent Adenopathy or Vascular Anomaly. Unusual nodule irregularity right thoracic inlet  that may represent prominent vascularity or Adenopathy. Shotty bilateral cervical chain Adenopathy that may be reactive in nature. Somewhat prominent level 3 lymph node measure 1.1 cm that may be reactive in nature". does any of this need follow up for possible cause of fatigue?  I was also diagnosed with uterin CA in 12/2008 but no treatment needed. Just hysterectomy. should lymph nodes be enlarged this long after infection? How long should I go before asking my Primary if these should be followed up on. It has been a year now and they are not able to find the cause of the fatigue. Any help would be appreciated.

This breathing technique will relax you, and help in fighting the fatigue. You will notice the benefits after you can do 15 to 20 minutes.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two middle fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed. Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
While doing anulom vilom, keep your eyes closed, concentrate on the third eye (point in between the eyebrows).
