waking every night @ same time/strange symptoms

here are my symptoms: have been waking around the 4-5.30am mark for about the last month with chest discomfort, sometimes accompanied by shaking and nausea sometimes not..also feel cold in hands and feet as well as "spaced out" and a bit unsteady on my feet..its a real struggle to wake up properly but the symptoms go away once I do and just leave me with a general feeling of low level anxiety that persists for a while...if I dont get up the symptoms continue and if I try to sleep straight away they return...my heart rate slows to the low 50"s after these episodes and though my resting is normaly around 60 this is a bit lower this is than I would normaly expect...I have had a number of e.c.gs after going to casualty dept and all bloodwork also comes back normal am currently also awaiting an echo test of my heart to check "the plumbing" but at 36 yrs of age its unlikely with my healthy diet that there are any blockages...Im a non smoker and take regular exercise..I was however diagnosed with add some 14 yrs ago and have in the past suffered spontaneous daytime anxiety attacks but am not currently having those....
aspects of these night time episodes do feel like a panic attack in nature but they also feel significantly different enough to warrant further investigation...suggested diagnosis's have been m.v.p..nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy chronic fatigue syndrome autonomic nervous system dysfunction and panic disorder...my question is can anyone shed some light on what this could be? any similar symptoms or experiences would help very much indeed! thanks in advance for your replies

maybe you sat your own alarm clock in your mind and it automatically wakes you the other problems should be checked out by a doctor. It sounds as thought you may need a different opinion. try this web-site. www.orthomolecularvitamincentre.com. God Bless You

Hi joeyhendrix, how are you? You need to be investigated thoroughly by a neurophysician and be observed for sleep pattern. Your symptoms seem strange and sure they are not normal. Are you a diabetic or hypertensive? Have you got a sleep study done by anyway? Continue regular exercise and massage therapy. Overcome stress in any form and avoid smoking, alcohol and late night sleep habit. Do update once you consult your doctor. Take care.

Hi joeyhendrix, how are you? Not heard from you for sometime now. Hope you might have seen the neurologist and got investigated? Have you tried to change or modify some of lifestyle need to improve your sleep? A routine sleep cycle might be better compared to frequent disruptions because body need to get adjusted everytime there is a change and it take time in doing so. Relax and continue exercises. Do update on your progress and take care.
