Vascular Ischemia

Hello, I am an otherwise healthy 39-year old male.  I had a brain MRI performed to rule out anything serious as a result of occasional panic attacks.  Well, I was told that the MRI came back normal, but was also told that I also had some slight vascular ischemia.  The neuorologist assistant who called me with the results did not seem too concerned about it.  Needless to say, stroke stroke stroke has been going through my mind (so to speak) and it is driving me crazy.  Is this something i should freak out about???
