Anyone Know?

Well im 15,Male and docters say im over weight but most of the weight is in my legs mostly the upper part of my legs. (My dads side of the Family are big ppl so yeah.) And whats the best way to lose the leg weight. (Obviously Diet and Excersize) But what kind of Excersize though is the problem im having. Anyone know what i should do?

I think running on a treadmill can help your legs to go smaller. I think you can also some gym equipments like the exercise balls or dumbbells.

since you can't start with heavy exercises, you can start your self in walking around in a quadrangle or field for an hour or two. I think walking can also burns fats, not that much but can also help for overweight people who want to reduce.

well how much do you weigh im 15 i weigh 153 but im a little muscular

Im also a Computer Person basicly im a computer geek lol. So i know thats part of the reason. i also watch foods i shouldnt eat and if i do eat them its only a lil bit, i dont drink pop that much maybe a can every few weeks, I bowl almost every saturday i go to places to play card games (Yugioh mostly yes im a geek lol.) and im not that much of a sports person due to ashma and heat dont mix so yeah. So does Anyone know what i should do?
