Changes in my body

Actually I don't really know where to start with but I'll try my best to describe my condition.
Age: 17
Gender:Male
3 months ago I started having symptom look-alike gastritis after having a very spicy noodle. After having the medicine the doctor gave, it showed no changes. Later on, I had the scope into my stomach and the doctor said that I have H.pylorri infection but after having the antibiotics he gave me, it still has no changes(burping often). At the same time, I started urinating often after having the gastritis. I had pain in my bladder and after that on the genitals. I've done ultrasound for my bladder and the uro test but everything came out negative. These two problems have persisted for already 2 months and it showed no changes so I would be very grateful for those doctors who have an idea what I'm going through. Thank you so much. :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? It is good that the initial diagnostic tests we re normal. Aside from urogenital issues, the symptoms present may also be attributed to medication side effect or resistance of the antibiotics prescribed. If the symptoms persisted after treatment, further evaluation and additional diagnostic tests may need to be done. Seeking another doctor's opinion may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.
