The soreness is from hormones... It's normal and happens to many teenage girls. I wouldn't worry about it. Just try to find comfortable clothing in the meantime.

Try cutting caffine out of your diet.  I have had that problem since I was in my teens and was finally diagnosed as fibrocystic breast disease.   Sounds bad but is not really.  Smoking and caffine are the two most common triggers to painful breast and if you don't cut them out begin lumps might form.  Sometimes they might hurt around your period also.  Try removing the caffine out of your diet and see if that helps

My friends daughter had this problem also at age 16. The family doctor
told her it was because her boobs are growing too. It was mostly around
her nipples though.

Haha, glad to hear you can't be pregnant. Well my boobs are sore lately an they usually get like that when they grow or sometimes I your on your period. Of corse a lil different for everyone so what ever it is it's just your body growing into a woman.

Hope this helps
