HELP.... white small bumps on my foreskin im 14 this year ..

OK , i am 14 this year , turning 15 when it reach october 2010. i have always wanted to know what is wrong on my foreskin ... it hav patch of white bumps on de small skin, i have it since last year / 2 years ago and im still healthy.
im afraid if might be something. i know it can't be ' STD ' because i DO NOT have SEX with anyone.. and i do not touch any others people private parts too.. im still a virgin. And i posted a picture of the bumps on my foresking.  and im ' Uncircumcice ' i do not know how to spell but sorry if i spelled it wrong ..  someone please kindly tell me what is that ... i appreciate it if anyone can tell me if that is normal ..

Im 14 and i have like a medium sized spot on my foreskin is it something i should be worrien about i am worried i have an infection or something ?

Hi Dumbo,
             Are you sure they are bumps and not smegma, to me it appears like smegma. If you want to know more about smegma, google for it, and you can clean it off with clean water, they will come off like cheese.
If they are infact bumps, they could be harmless penile papules or something like that. When you have next medical check up, any how, ask your doctor about it.

It looks like a normal variation of the skin. Could be fordyce spots, but it doesn't look like anything to be worried about.
