Knee problem, not healing.. Bad?
Alright so over christmas break the swim team practiced everyday, and I jumped into the pool ( 2ft.) and my knee landed and now i cannot bend my knee nor walk without it hurting. I thought it would heal by now but obviously not.
help?

wrong forum but put some ice on it and rest for a few days. put on a bandage but if its not working see a docter
