Loss of appetite for almost 3 weeks, yet still eating etc

2 weeks ago, I had pains in my lower right abdomen, got it tested, its not appendicitis, but I figured out it was dehydration, cause I drank more water and it gradually went away, cause its been over 100 degrees here, but for the past 2 weeks I have had no appetite, no nausea, no vomiting, just no appetite, but yet I've been eating and drinking (drinking mostly) and using the bathroom as usual, when this started I wasn't doing too good emotionally, and I'm still not doing so good in terms of stress, but this is starting to scare me now

I should add that the doctors didn't bring up cancer or anything like that, they said all the proteins in urinalysis tested negative and such...

Mucus in the stool can be caused from constipation. You say you're going to the bathroom everyday but have you noticed that it's been harder to go?
It sounds like you're having stress and anxiety. Do you have anyone you can talk to about how you're feeling emotionally?

Would mucus in the stool be normal as well? I've noticed that ever since I took notice of this, I don't wanna be alone..

Stress can really effect your apatite. You've been checked out by your Dr so that's probably what's going on, stress. Once you get that under control your apatite should return.
