Nervous tics.. I think.

I'm 16 and am active in multiple contact sports. I have accumulated 2 concussions this year bc of these sports. (football namely) It seems like ever since I recieved the first one i have moments where i have this uncontrollable urge to pop my neck, and kind of turn my heads back and forth. Even now as I'm writing this I have done this act repeatedly. I don't know what it is and I'm really curious as to how I can stop it.

Nervous ticks can be very difficult to control. It would be best for you to make an appointment with your doctor to be looked at and be properly diagnosed. (self-diagnosis is never good). Then they can tell you what your options are for treatment and see what may work best for you.
