Can somebody please help me? I'm a teenager.

Look, finally I felt that I should ask someone about my health. It's not good, so that's why I need somebody's help. Here's the thing;
I'M 15 YEARS OLD..
I'm not healthy like other kids.
First thing is strange pain in my head, to be more precise in my temples. It first started in 2007, when i was playing sports (basketball). It was terrible, almost every day i had the same pain. Today, it is not that often. Today it's like 2-3 times in a month that i have those kind of headaches. Thing is, i don't do sports now, so maybe that was the cause. When I talked to people, they said that it is normal for teenagers but I have never seen a teenager having that kind of strong headaches. I don't know what to do...

Second thing is strange (i don't know exactly how to call it) muscle twitching. It's like the times when your leg muscle (or arm, or any muscle) is moving but you don't have control of it, just in my case, it happens much more often. I'm very afraid of this, one guy told me that it could lead to serious nerve disorders, or anxiety disorders.

Can somebody please help me, I'm so afraid of these things that i can't concentrate on studying... Can you just tell me WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME or WHAT KIND OF TESTS SHOULD I DO? Please...

Here is some additional information:

-I don't know if this is medically relevant or not, but my dad passed away 5 months ago, I was very stressed, maybe that caused some kind of trauma.

-I really don't think that this is important, but here is it: I think that I'm smarter than other kids. I don't tell this anyone. But every day I think about lot of complicated philosophical questions, about death, I read books, I enjoy psychology.. sometimes fell that maybe I think to much :/

-I'm 15 years old, I have 68,5 kg's weight and I'm 178,5 centimeters tall.

I, too, am sorry for you on the loss of your father. Such a loss puts a lot of pressure on your mother as well as stress on the family. I don't think your problem is migraines as migraines affect only one side of the head and have other severe symptoms which you have not mentioned. Stiff neck muscles can also cause the type of headaches you are describing. It sounds like a lot has been going on in your life and that stress may be causing a lot of what is going on. try and relax more. The twitching you are referring to happens to everyone from time to time and really isn't anything to worry about. If you can't settle down, then by all means see your doctor and get evaluated.

I'm sorry to hear about the death of your dad. What you may have are called cluster head aches or migraines. Both can be brought on by stress. Normally, I would say to just find a new way of dealing with stress and try to just clam yourself down, but I think it may be a good idea to make a doctor's appointment. If you get headaches very often it can be a symptom of an anomaly in your brain which is causing the headaches. The doctor can then ask for a scan to see if there are any noticeable differences there. It is rare for this to happen, so don't worry about it. I'm only saying it is a possibility. Make the doctors appointment and go from there. Good luck
