Pregnancy without *** or penetration

I have a anxiety disorder that causes me to overanalyze and freak out about things, but this time i'm really scared. When my boyfriend visited 2 weeks ago he rubbed his penis against my clitoris, and though there was no penetration or actual ejaculation i'm am terrified that i might get pregnant because i heard of pregnancy without penetration and pregnancy from precum, and i was wondering what the chances were if they were to be mixed together. The added stress of my disorder may explain if why my period is a couple of days late. I am feeling lower back and abdomen pain which i commonly associate with the oncoming of my period, but not the familiar breast tenderness.

Thank you very much, i've been kinda high strung about everything lately so that was pretty reassuring, i guess i'll just try to relax as much as possible.

Oh goodness, it sounds like you're having a lot of anxiety over this! Truth is, although pregnecy without penetration or complete ejeculation can occur, chances are pretty slim. If you do have a lot of anxiety, your symptoms could be created by anxiety, which I know must just make the situation worse. I would give it a few more days to see if your period comes. And really, if you want to get rid of you anxiety and can't wait, you could always go to a pharmacy and get a pregnancy test-usually in the condom section, or go to a local planned parenthood. And if you are pregnant, then you are that one person that gets pregnant this way! So breathe, stay in the present, and know that all is well :) I wish you the best of luck and am sending you good wishes!
