im 13 and ive noticed some flaking on my nipples, when i go to like peel it off, its sore afterwards and sometimes ichy
hmm, have you checked your undergarments recently? this can result from unhygienic garments and personal care, but then if you're sure you're using them clean and in good condition, consult a doctor. i once heard a story like this that is because of the impurities found in their garments and once you perspire, this wet surface provides a place for germs to stay, so i'm practically basing it from there,God bless,consult a doctor okay.
