extremely dry brittle/hair shaving

im going to shave my head clean to give it a fresh start, because right now it looks exactly like pubic hair, im using an electric hair clipper on 0, what i dont know is if this is enough or if i should actually grab a razor and shave it clean?

Thanks but i meant, will a hair clipper be enough to get rid of my damaged hair so it regrows healthier or would a razor be necesary?

Hi if you are going to shave your Head , you must use the Clippers first then shave with a Razor for a good result , Take care ,
