exactly what moxxie said. you need to go to the doctor. but if it is a yeast infection, the cream they give you does make you feel more itchy because its wet and blah blah blah i hate it but it isnt usually just temporary. when i get them my geno was telling me to put baking soda in the tub it dries out a yeast infection but dont do it too much, ive gotten too dried out before and it brough about more problems
First of all, what symptoms are you showing? Anything that is wrong in genital regions should be checked out, because it could be a number of things not necessarily a yeast infection. I highly doubt you have a yeast infection because if you had a yeast infection at 11, your symptoms would have gotten unbearable and caused very very severe symptoms, as yeast can travel deeper than just your vagina if left untreated.
Symptoms of yeast infections usually involve mild to severe itching, redness around the vulva (around the opening of the vagina), and a cottage-cheese like (as in white and chunk) discharge. If you DO have a yeast infection, over-the-counter yeast infection meds such as Monistat (I recommend doing the full 7 day treatment) will almost certainly get rid of it. My most important advice - Go to the doctor! I don't think you have a yeast infection. And don't be embarassed to talk to your mom... I'm sure she's had a yeast infection. Moms have a lot more experience than we do!
