I would look in to getting the morning after pill RIGHT NOW,  by going to a pharmacy and asking the process.  Since you're 13,  I don't know what the laws are.

If there was penetration involved, that means you had sex(it does not matter for how long it lasted). Any time you have sex, you run the risk of getting pregnant, especially if it was unprotected. There is something called pre-ejaculation(the wetness that is present when a guy is aroused/has an erection) that is always there and the guy can't feel when it happens. Pre-ejaculation has been known to contain sperm in it and it can get you pregnant. You can take the 'morning after pill' within 72 hours of unprotected sex or after birth control failure to help prevent pregnancy, although I am not sure about the age of consent laws in the UK and if you can get this on your own. The sooner you take that pill, the better(if you are going to take it). Otherwise, you can wait two weeks from the time you had sex and take a home pregnancy test, which should give you an accurate result. If the test is negative(not pregnant), use this as your learning lesson to be much more careful in the future about how you protect yourself. You not only put yourself at risk for pregnancy with unprotected sex, but you also risk getting a STD. Both are extremely serious and life changing events that you really don't need to deal with at your age. I hope it all goes well for you.
