Bone growth plates

Hi i am 18 years old and i am 6'2 and i am totally satisfied with my height , i dont want to grow taller , is there is a way to get my growth plates fused ? I heard that some excercises in the gym fuses your growth plates .. ?

Thanks for the advice :) your words are true .. But may be it's just easy to fuse them
I dont know why there is no doctor answering btw :D

Hi!
Actually many would envy your height. It is best not to interfere with normal growth process. You are already 18 years old, so your growth plates would be all more or less fused. You are unlikely to grow much taller than what you are. At most you may gain an inch, but it is more likely that you will gain a centimeter or more. Do discuss this with your doctor. Take care!
