skin problems, spots and severe dry skin.

hello, im 14 and im getting rather fed up. spots are popping up everywhere on my body, its not acne but they are on my shoulders and back ect. im showering every day but they arent going and the creams you can get only come in pathetic tubes. cant you reccomend anything to get rid of them? and then showering should keep them away at least.
now onto my other problem, my bottom lip is unbeleivably dry, all the creams i have tried just sit on top. eventually i peel the skin off, which i know is bad.. but it comes off in one layer like glue does off skin. eventually it grows back and the cycle starts again, i get mocked for this.. what can i do??
lip picture attached, it does get worse than this.. and sometimes just becomes a dry layer or skin sitting on the top
thanks
jon

Um. Do you have exema???

Ask a doctor or research.
Showering all the time is
probably drying them out
more than they already are,

in the mean time don't use
ANY creams. Just use
chapstick to keeps your lips
moisturized. OKAY?

and if you have had it more than a
week GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!!!lol
