Weight estimates are based on various measurements of length. There is no way to take the baby out and put it on a scale. Don't get all stressed and either believe they know exactly what your baby weighs, or think .8 of an ounce means a problem.

Babies grow at different rates. Nothing says they HAVE to be a certain weight at a certain point. Everything's fine. Also remember. Ultrasound weights are nothing more than an estimate and can easily be off and wrong.
