Enlarged Parathyroid

My urine caicium is high but my PTH is normal. I have low end Vit D (35)....One parathyoid is enlarged. Could I have a hyper parathyroid?
I have headaches all the time. I'm tired even after a good night sleep. No energy and feel weak.
