Your Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody level of 1214 is high and is the basis for a diagnosis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Although your antibody level is very high, that doesn't mean you have a worse case of Hashimoto's than someone whose antibody level is much lower... The raw numbers aren't really that important - it's the simply fact that you have Hashimoto's that's important.
It's a strong positive. Typical reference range for antibodies is 0-34. However, don't freak out about the very high number. That's not unusual at all. My TPOab (thyroid peroxidase antibodies) was over 900, and my TGab (thyroglobulin antibodies) was 3,000+ on diagnosis of Hashi's. Antibody counts are typically very high.
