Ask your Doctor to do the TSI antibody testing as you are Hyperthyroid and may have Graves Disease.
Neomercozole is a good anti-thyroid med but yr labs should be done every 2-3 weeks as you can go hypo very quick or levels go even higher if not on enough neomercazole.
You should also be on a beta blocker for the fast heartrate and sweating.

Hyperthyroidsm CAN be cured but Graves Disease cannot. It is an autoimmune disease that you have for life.
if its found that you have Graves Disease, most Docs will recommend permanant treatment (RAI or thyroidectomy) so you are not at such a risk of unstable thyroid levels).
The swallowing issue is inflammation where the thyroid is being attacked by antibodies usually in Hyperthyroidism.

Your Doc should doo an UPTAKE SCAN which will show just how 'hungry' (overactive) the thyroid is.

The only thing the antibodies attack is the thyroid with Graves so thats why they either remove it or ablate it (kill it off to stop all function) and then you are placed on thyroxin for life.

Research all you can on Hyperthyroidism and Graves Disease, as I feel you may need this information.

Let us know how you go :)
