Meds lowered but levels doing the opposite; still feeling bad.

Hey all..

Just a few updates....

I've been on a reduced amount of Synthroid for over eight weeks now.  My endo had me at 175 but due to low TSH, she had me skip every Sunday to level out to 150.  I've had labs through a new PCP and found that now only my TSH has lowered, but that my FT4 is now higher while my FT3 is still crummy.
At one point I thought I would fare better with a higher TSH but there's only been one time my TSH went above and it went to 2.5 after switching back to T4/T3 from NDT; I felt terrible at 125 mcg then.
I don't think my TSH will be above the zero range since having no thyroid.

Additionally, I thought maybe that I was having paradoxical hypo/hyper symptoms but since reducing down to 150, I've had more cold sensitivity, constipation, lethargy to the MAX, and my already horrible sleep has been deduced to even worse.   The only time I have felt well was on T3 only post-TT to RAI but when taking now it's a love/hate mix.   I'm wondering a few things...

1) Maybe I am a freak that needs an exceptionally high amount of T4.
2) I don't feel hyper.  No palps, no diarrhea, etc...   so not sure if I should reduce this amount to find out.
3) Why would these labs do the opposite on a reduced amount?
4) I can't convert well at all.  I don't want to go back on NDT and I'm trying to make this T4 thing work for a bit.

This doctor wants me to try LDN to see if it assists me at all.  While on NDT I tested positive for TPO antibodies and she thinks I more than likely have Hashimoto's.  It's been two years since my TT and I've lost so much time not being able to sleep.  I literally am jolted wide awake after five hours of sleep and feel so wired that I can rest for the next two hours but feel like it was a second... and I feel as if my body is saying, "more meds, please!!!"    I look exhausted. I feel exhausted.  And I want my zeal back.

My vitamind D is good, iron, Vitamin b-12... I've been supplementing with ferritin as that wasn't and I don't eat red meat.

I am at a loss why I can't win this thyroid hormone fight.   I also wonder how those with a thyroid are on a higher dose than me but I am so depressed feeling like I should have kept my thyroid and took my chances.

Anyway, any thoughts or anyone that has experienced this with success, please feel free to chime in.

Thank you...

Let's start by having you post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report from the prior doctor and also the new doctor.  Also, were they from different labs?  Also, please post your D, B12 and ferritin results.
