Explanation of lab work

I am a 32 year old female, who works out 5 days a week. I wear a heart rate monitor which keeps up with my heart rate and how many calories I burn in a workout. In most of my workouts the monitor reads that I burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories in an hour. My diet is strict and consist of 1000-1500 calories in a day. Despite these factors, I have not been able to lose weight and lately I have started to gain weight for unexplained reasons. My body temperature first thing in the morning is around 98 degrees. I have had my metabolic rate tested, and it is was normal. My thyroid was tested and my TSH reading was 0.80, my FT4 was 0.60, my AThyP was 18.2, and my AThyg was <20.0. The doctor only sent me a letter telling me this is normal. Is there anything else these results could mean? None of the doctors I have gone to seem to take me seriously and want to help me discover what is going on with my body. What should be my next step in discovering what is causing these symptoms?

For some reason your pituitary gland  is not stimulating the thyroid to produce T4, but your lab work is in the normal range but a low range for FT4 or it is Adrenal Fatigue , that's why I suggested to make some other analyses (cortisol etc). I found this from the expert forum:

Unfortunatly, I was not given any references, but everything I can find suggest my FT4 is low. Do you know what this could mean?

Normal lab references, each lab have their references, your FT4 0.6 looks low to me compared to the references I Know. New lab references for TSH are (0.3-3).

Your TSH is normal, it is because of your FT4 , what are the lab references???

Your FT4 looks a little low (border line ) for a low TSH, I would check cortisol (8 am) and ACTH, GH, FSH and LH. (test for pituitary gland or hypothalamus function)
