Thyroid

I have Hypothroidism and take a 75 mcg levothyroxine daily.  I am starting to get the following symptoms - I can feel fine then all of a sudden I start to sweat, get headaches, fuzzy head, feel like I am going to pass out, generally start to feel unwell and just want to lie down and sleep.  I also get a lot of joint/muscle aches.  I was tested because my sister has the condition but I have never really had any symptoms so i´m not sure if this is thyroid related. Any advice would be appreciated please. Thank you.

I have not had my blood sugar level tested.  I am going tomorrow privately to get a thyroid test done and will get my blood sugar level done as well.  I can then take the results to my GP, if I make an appointment to see my GP first and wait for her to send me for tests to be done it will be another week before I get test done and another couple of weeks before I get the results back.
