If you are referring to free T 3, it would appear your level is high & that you are in a hyper-thyroid state.  Have you had an ultrasound of your thyroid?  Have you had your TSH measured?  Have they ruled out a pituitary tumor?  Since acidity is an issue with you, have they tested your gastrin level?  If this level turns out to be very high, they should be looking for a pancreatic tumor.  Are they not giving you any medication?

There are lots of members here who would like to help in any way possible, but we really need more information from you.  From what you posted it seems that you have a problem with losing weight.  That could be related to a number of things, but you mentioned T3 which leads me to think that you believe it is related to thyroid problems.  Is that correct?

Was that a test for total T3 or free T3?   Can you also please provide the reference range for that test?  Also, please post all your thyroid tests and reference ranges.

Just trying to understand what is going on with you it sounds like you may be describing a hyperthyroid condition and be suffering with hyper symptoms like diarrhea and weight loss.  Is that correct?
