Graves or Hashimoto's

Is it possible for Graves to turn into Hashimoto's disease?  I tested positive for TPO 562 & positive for ANA a few weeks ago. All thyroid levels are within normal range at this time except for the TPO, I am extremely tired, muscle aches and pains, rash all over body (it comes and goes) unable to focus, chronic infections, low grade fever daily.

I was diagnosed with Graves in 2007 but, in remission for the last couple of years.

Please help

Hashimoto's thyroiditis has been reported in patients previously diagnosed with Graves' disease.  There is a study "Hashimoto's thyroiditis following Graves' disease." you can read on pubmed. PMID: 20305330.

I was just curious if that was T3 or a T3 uptake???  The range doesn't look like either a FT3 or a TT3.

Your FT4 is low in the range.  Many of us find we have to be around midrange ((1.25 on your range) before we feel well.
