Was surfing and came across Mark Hyman's 'Ultrawellness' stuff (which you USA guys may already know about) but really liked the suggestion in his '7 Step Plan' of using saunas and steam rooms to help release toxins from our body fat which interfers with thyroid function.
As am constantly huntin' and smokin' out as many 'natural solutions' to regain thryoid health as possible, wanted to share this recently discovered idea. I, too, threw in an informative segment about lead poisoning.
