Was surfing and came across Mark Hyman's 'Ultrawellness' stuff (which you USA guys may already know about) but really liked the suggestion in his '7 Step Plan' of using saunas and steam rooms to help release toxins from our body fat which interfers with thyroid function.

As am constantly huntin' and smokin' out as many 'natural solutions' to regain thryoid health as possible, wanted to share this recently discovered idea.   I, too, threw in an informative segment about lead poisoning.

Ouch!...have seen here in UK steam cabins for 500 but still too ouch for me.  My local pool has women only sauna sessions which I plan to try  (3 quid only)---cld be social and relaxing!! Wonder what the incidence of thyroid disorder is in Sweden?

I find the links good only because for a TDN (thyroid disorder newbie) like me --all the reading to 'catch up' is sometimes very tiring --so it is nice every now and then to have someone 'inform' via video.  Is he a big star in America?  Am always super suspicious of 'Informationals' but any free treatment tidbit I can garner to better wrestle down this 'alligator' is worth resting my better instincts momentarily.  

Do you know of any other good video links offering technical infor?  

There's a good suggestion maybe for MH and/or Dr. Lupo----video clips of basic info to add to the health pages??

Yes I heard of that Helen - I was just at an indoor flea market on Sunday and saw the sauna's used.
