Are the T4 and T3, Free T4 and Free T3 or Total T4 and Total T3? They aren't the same tests and don't provide the same information. It should specify on your lab report. If not, they will be Total T4 and Total T3...

From what you're telling us, it sounds like you don't have a heart issue so the pain is caused by something else... is that what they tell you?
You stated that "Now my TSH T3 T4 are normal with Medication of 100 mcg." Is that thyroid medication, such as levothyroxine? How long have you been on that dosage?
If you've had Free T4 and Free T3 tested, please provide those test results and their reference ranges so we can see what your levels are. Just because they fall within the normal ranges doesn't mean they are normal for you. Perhaps they are lower or higher than your body likes them to be. T4 and T3 are more important than TSH...
What were you taking the aceclofenac and diclofenac for? Are you still taking it?
What foods did you become allergic to? Can you eat those foods now?
What test was 750 instead of 7.50? What that a TSH test? If so, was it the only thyroid related test that was done? What about Free T4 and Free T3? Those are the actual thyroid hormones. If you had those tested what were the results and their reference ranges?
Hypothyroidism can affect the heart if it's not treated properly. Have you had any heart-related tests done? If so, what tests and what were the results?
