The first test, TSH w/reflex to Free T4 was an instruction to the lab for them to analyze TSH and if it's in range, they should do nothing further, but if TSH was not in range, they should go ahead and analyze Free T4. Your TSH was in range, so per the instruction, they did nothing else.
The second set of tests, was specifically for TSH, T4 and Free T3... What are the reference ranges for the T4 and Free T3? Reference ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report. Also, does the T4 say that it's "Free" T4 or does it just says T4?
What prompted these tests? Do you have symptoms of hypothyroidism?
