Lab results PLEASE Help!

I don't know what is going on with me and need some help.  My endo refuses to see my problems and saids that I probably have Chronic Fatigue Snydrome!!!      I am 40 female.  I am very tired, sluggish, gained 20lbs 6 months, irregular periods, low sex drive, depressed and unable to concentrate.

Lab results as follows:
TSH 3rd generation     0.94
Free T4                 .08  L

ACTH Plasma     10
IGF-1    162
cortisol, free 24hr urine  total volume=2500, cortisol, free urine=20.1 creatinine urine 1.58
FSH      7.1
LH      2.2
Prolactin  3.8
estradiol   57
cortisol a.m.(blood i guess)  8.2

I just do not know what to do.  I have never felt this way in my life.  Can anyone even guess what it could be?  My friend said I should just take Armour to see how I feel to bring my levels up.  Something has got to give!!

Thank you so much,

Jackie

I have to ask you to verify your FT4 of 0.08.  If the lower end of the range is approximately 0.8, as you indicated in your PM, that is extremely low, and I can't believe that an endo who dares put "MD" after his name would not be treating you.  That would be dangerously low.  Please check it one more time (maybe someone misread it to you?).

do you have pcos?  perhaps you should speak to your obgyn.  I have pcos and some of the same problems, my LH and FSH are also very low and they have just tested me for cushings disease as well.
