I found this on the Oprah thread.  This member would like some suggestions on her daughter's health

now, if anybody out there could please help me get my daughter's health back I'd really appreciate it!!! We are drowning in her hypothyroid...she's only 21 and has been struggling for the last 3 years...gone from a size 4 to a 14 ...she's in college...these should be her most wonderful times of her life...on 100m of synthroid for the past year...please help!

See another Endo who knows whats he's doing and if not an Endo, then a PCP.
Also get bloods done regulary to assess whether she is on the right dosage of T4 meds.
Was her Hashi's diagnosed with an antibodies test?
If not, then ask for full thyroid blood count to be done along with a WBC to be done to make sure nothing is happening anywhere else (liver, kidneys etc).
Keep being assessed until the levels are stable.
