I like my new Endo a lot .. sometimes it works out for the better actually!  He calls me back around 9:00PM and Never rushes me off the phone .. I can ask as many ?'s as I have and he always talks me through his answers with room for discussion if we disagree .. he met me halfway with my request to lower my Synthroid dosing after we talked it through.

Well.. I see a new Endo after seeing my current Endo for 4 plus years. I am nervous. The reason for the switch is my current Endo doesnt take our new insurance. I think it was time to part ways. I was told after consulting a few Drs that he wasnt treating me correctly on the Armour. I have no idea what to think anymore. So I have my new Dr appt this Friday.. Wish me luck..

We had the Wisconsin winds on the East Coast yesterday ... luckily my trees are still standing.  Sorry bout that Stella .. not fun at all.   Maybe you can get a new bay window that is energy efficient ..  the kind that costs oodles to buy.  Tht would be nice .. push for it.   C~

I have an insurance claim consultant coming to assess the damage from a F@#$%# tree that fell on my house on Sunday and damaged the roof and picture window.

I know a certain member from a while ago would find this halarious - since we talked many times last year about me needing a roof and not able to afford it. Now - it sounds like insurance will be picking up the tab along with a new window.

Still it's a pain .......... Lovely Spring weather in Wisconsin I tell ya!

I get my 1st test dose of RAI in Friday the 3rd. Then a CT scan on Monday then full RAI on Tuesday the 7th. I will let you know how the whole glowing experience goes! :) lol

Just got off the phone with my Endo ...... I passed a small kidney stone this morning, so we are going to throw in a serum calcium test just be certain my calcium didn't skyrocket since doubling the Vit D supplements to 100,000 iu's / week.

DOES IT END?  I don't think so is the answer.

Bloodwork tomorrow to see where my levels are at before surgery. I switched meds about 5 weeks ago, but we want to make sure i am not hypo.

Dentist Monday, for 2nd fitting of lower partial denture (bleurgh!) Pathology Tuesday for 2nd lot of blood tests in 5 days (bleurgh again..my bruises haven't healed from last week's efforts! Wednesday GP to get last weeks blood test results.
