My Ultra sound results

I have been taking synthroid since last Nov. My blood work showed I have went from being very hypo to ver hyper thyroid in one months time. My Doc sent me for a ulrasound last week. It shows bilateral inhomogenous thyroid gland with multiple inhomogenous areas no specific area to measure. I have been experiencing a tightness in my throat all the time like I have a rock in there and it will get worse off and during the day like someone is choking you, I can not swallow food sometimes it gets stuck, and am starting to lose interest in eating .I have never had any sugery on my neck so I dont believe that it is scar tissue there. Can anyone tell me what that US means? and is it normal to feel those sensations when you are hyperthroid?, if I am so hyperthyroid why do they still have me on Synthroid? Thanks so much for your helpl

If you are having chronic autoimmune thyroiditis,  the antibodies {TPO and TG AB} are trying to destroy your thyroid, leaving scar (fibrous) tissue as a result.
As more tissue is destroyed, more thyroid hormone leaks into the blood stream, causing hyper period now.
