Please advise!

I had TT 4 years ago and am now experiencing the wonderful world of hot flashes. I'm inclined to think the hot flashes are related to the fact that my meds need to be adjusted once again but my doc wants to wait a bit longer before retesting. It's not gonna make much of a difference anyway since I've been on every dose of Synthroid known to mankind and I always feel great for a bit, then I feel like this. My tongue burns, my muscles ache, my hair falls out and now the hot flashes.  I'm considering taking a supplement with the following label. Can I take all the things on this list? My doc told me "No soy."  I don't see any soy on here. I just want to stop feeling like an inferno!

Be aware that in Australia we have now warnings on the use of Black Cohosh for potential liver damage. It is not to be used in large doses or long time doses.
Use it for a short time and see how your symptoms go. If it doesn't ease, maybe get your hormones checked.

Hi Liz! lol  Yes I understand the hotflash thing! UGH!  I don't see any soy in that label. It looks like it has some decent stuff in it for hot flashes, etc.  :)
