Do these symptoms sound like a thyroid problem?

For a few years now, I've had a number of symptoms that lead me to believe I might have a thyroid problem or some sort of digestive disorder.  My symptoms began after taking a cycle of accutane, which was 3 years ago.  I'm a 24 year old male.  Symptoms include:

weight loss ( I was up to 160 right before accutane, lost 20-25 pounds in less than 2 months right after I stopped accutane, and am down to 120 currently)
I feel like I have no muscle or fat on me.  I'm always hungry but I can't gain a pound.
vitamin d-defiency
tooth problems
anxiety
fatigue
forgetfulness
I'm always cold
blurry vision / sensitive eyes
shortness of breath
dry, flaky skin
acne
body hair loss (the same identical spot above my knees on both legs)
muscle weakness
elevated fat in stool
facial flushing
heart palpitations

In the past few years, my TSH levels have been 1.65, 1.11, and 1.72.  I've had one T4 test which was at 1.31.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Your symptoms are listed under various deficiency states (most likely due to malabsorption). Steatorrhea (excess fat in stool) is also a listed symptom of intestinal malabsorption problems. The most likely cause of your symptoms is some type of inflammatory bowel condition triggered by Accutane.

To date, pharmaceutical company Roche has been ordered to pay more than $56 million in damages to patients who have suffered serious side effects from Accutane.

Accutane has been linked to such severe side effects as:

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Ulcerative colitis
Crohn’s disease
Depression (and other psychiatric disorders)
Suicide
Birth Defects

"A new study out shows Accutane linked to Celiac's disease.

Study says Accutane by-products may cause immune response and celiac symptoms

Findings that were recently published in the scientific journal Nature resulting from a study by University of Chicago’s Digestive Disease Research Core Center researchers indicated that Accutane byproducts, Vitamin A and retinoic acid, may cause inflammation in people with high levels of interleukin-15. This can result in digestive problems whenever this individual eats wheat gluten (commonly found in cereal, pasta, etc.)
This unusual immune response to gluten is referred to as celiac disease. celiac disease affects approximately 1% of the population."
