I spoke to the manufacturer today and was told nothing changed in their formula. I may have gotten a bad batch? I did get the lot # from my pharm, and it IS a new bottle there, and gave it to the company. They assured me they haven't changed a thing, didn't want to alarm you just knew you might feel it if something changed. I may have been panicking a little :)
I also may have found a doc who knows his way around a high RT3 (fingers crossed)...getting my vitamins right finally and looking forward to being good soon. Glad you're doing well!!
no everything seems the same i feel good! sorry to hear you aren't. did you check to see if they substituted something else?
Hey Kevin!! Notice any difference on the NP lately?? I ask because I got a refill last week and ever since, my eyes ache every day, much like when I tried Erfa a year and a half ago.I couldnt stay on Erfa for that reason. I noticed the new script of NP was not as "crumbly" as in the past, I was able to split and quarter the tablets cleanly- they actually snap....I didn't put 2 and 2 together until today that the eye aches started when I got the refill last week. Something changed, that makes me nervous and had to check in with you to see how you're doing!!
it;s fun to live on the edge!!!!
I'v been on 4 other natural thyroid meds in the past that all had delivery date issues - and I went hypo.
Going hypo because of poor logistics or manufacturing planning is not to exciting. So I'll wait.
life can be about taking chances! siezing the moment. you'll know when it's right to jump on the NP ship.
I would like to try the Acella brand someday, but if they continue to follow the pattern of unreliable availability - like the other two US natural thyroid brands, I'll stick with Canadian Erfa.
These companies just do get it, you cant just halt availability of something someone needs everday.
excellent !! and cheep too!!
Walgreens and Walmart carry it too....I am getting mine through Kroger's pharmacy in Ohio. You may have to split a 60mg tab---good luck, it's good stuff!!
Target carries it also CVS you can split them also 60's. Kevin
this is very good news that np thyroid by acella is back in the drug stores. my endo wants me to start on it with the 30mg tablets. have you seen that dose in the pharmacies?
also, what pharmacies have you found that carry np acella? i have not been able find the 30mg tablets anywhere in my area.
thanks very much for your updates. they are quite helpful.
glad that the np thyroid is working for you
