What dose of Synthroid are you on?

Is the "Thyroid - 3300.9"  the TPO # you were asking about?

No other symptoms, such as hair loss, muscle/joint ache/pain, constipation, brain fog, memory loss, etc?  If not, you're very lucky...

What are the reference ranges for the Free T3 and Free T4?  Reference ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.

I'm guessing that what you have listed as "Thyroid - 3300.9" is the TPO # you're asking about?  I'm assuming that's TPOab, since TPO is an enzyme used to produce thyroid hormone and isn't, typically, tested?  TPOab, however, is Thyroid Perxoidase Antibodies - antibodies produced by the body to attack and destroy the thyroid.

The elevated TPOab is the basis for a diagnosis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.Hashimoto's is the # 1 cause of hypothyroidism in the developed world.  Since you've been on Synthroid for over 10 yrs, I'm guessing you've had it for a long time, so no, the raw number isn't really all that much of a concern.  The treatment remains the same - taking Synthroid.

You say you have no symptoms, yet your TSH is elevated and according to ranges we, typically, see your FT4 is either right at the bottom of the range, or even possibly below and your FT3 seems very low in the range.

What dose of Synthroid are you on?
