Vision Problems and Severe 12 day headache

So, I am twiddling my thumbs, in so much pain I am going to have to leave work.... I cannot for the life of me figure out what the hell is wrong and why my symptoms keep increasing and new things keep happening...

Anybody think they can answer why I have had a very bad headache for the past 12 days, intermittent blurred vision in one eye and diminishing light vision twice in teh past 2 days?  I have a low anion gap, nobody was concerned with, a CT without contrast and a normal cbc besides the low anion gap.and low albumin.. Nobody even payed attention to my vision problems and just reffered me to someone who wont be able to see me for a week.  Anyone have any ideas as to what these symtoms along with almost every hypo symptom out there?  Also I have been experiencing what i think could possibly be nipple discharge? just like a very thin layer of dried out residue, almost like if you were to spill a tiny bit of milk and peel it off the table, probably only once a day.  cannot express any milk and have had 2 children that I breast fed for a little while, about a year ago was my last... don't know if this is even relevant, but I thought I would throw it out there... I really feel like I need to be on mystery diagnosis.

'diminishing light vision'

- Yes I was litterally almost in the dark one morning for about 15 minutes during my most hypo time of my life last April, this was while I was on a med that did not work or agree with my body at all. It was a little freaky, brightness came back in 15 minutes, I was fine after that. The occasional bluryness went away after my levels got better on Erfa (a different brand than before).
