Wacky thyroid?

Last year I became ill and one of the diagnoses was hashimoto's.  I've gotten everything else under control, but the thyroid and I just had testing performed and wondered if this was normal or am i on too high a dose of synthoid?  Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

TSH 0.05 - range 0.34 - 5.60 UIU/ML
T4, Free 1.17 - range 0.58 - 1.64 NG/DL
T3, Free 2.82 - range 2.30 - 3.90 pg/ml

in addition my allergist tested my b12 which was 498  range 181 - 914 PG/ML and my IgG (antbodies?) which was 685 with a range of 694 - 1618 mg/DL.  I had been on a low does antibiotic for a month to get rid of a recurrent sinus infection which they thought might be due to low antibodies

Many hypos report that muscle / body pain is relieved with the additional T3 taken as a sytnthetic (cytomel) with a T4 like synthroid., or natural dessicated that contains all thyroid hormones. T3 in addition to a few other tricks helped relieve my body pain I had for years.

thanks - i saw the conversations on cytomel and didn't know what it was.  actually going to a new endo next week so might be a good time for that chat.

would low T3 cause these issues?

Your body converts T4 to T3.  You might have a hard time with the conversion, maybe ask your doc for a small dose of Cytomel (synthetic T3).
